A small contribution to a great movement

Telangana has always been very close to my heart partly because I am born and brought up in this region and partly because this is one region in our country where people are exploited for centuries by invaders and then betrayed and put to sufferings for decades by our own Governments in an open democratic set up.

It's very fortunate to see the movement reaching peaks in the recent times. Till Dec 09, every politician and every so called intellectual thought that these people of Telangana would always be betrayed and that they can play "T" factor forever for their personal benefits. But what they forgot to note is that 2010 is different from 1969. People have become educated. They have become aware of their rights and realized the need for their rights. Today, even a common man has started questioning the Government and Political parties about their rights.

When even a common man is participating in the movement with a great conviction by spending all his time, efforts and resources, if we being the most fortunate people of Telangana having received the best possible education do not participate then there is no meaning for our education. These thoughts keep on bothering me day after day. But this bloody professional never left any time to lead a natural life. Had I not studied in BITS, I wouldn't have had this pressure to continue in this corporate world and become a slave. I would have happily taken up things of my choice. I am sure most of you share similar such feelings. Unfortunately, this suffering doesn’t seem to end in the near future.

Nevertheless, it’s our duty to do our best within the constraints and contribute to the cause. So, around 10 of us who share similar thoughts came together and planned to submit a memorandum to Shri Krishna Commission representing professionals of Telangana region. The moment we planned to submit the report, the work has started. Each one of us have put lot of efforts and time in deciding the format, data collection, analysis and then presentation and finally coming up with a comprehensive report in weeks time. here is the small contribution that we made to the great movement in independent India. Part1 and Part2

Thanks and congrats to all (Rajesh Tamadapally, Suraj Saineni, B Avinash Babu, Rakesh Anugula, Mukunda Sri Ram Athreya, Bhikshapathi Dommati, Yadagiri Muthineni, Snehith Borgaonkar, Chethan Murari, Bikki Sateesh, Vishnu Thurpati, Rajkumar Pallerla, Nitin Devara, Mayur Patnala, Sabitha Thota) who contributed in creating this report and sending it. Special thanks to Dr. Shail Khaleel Rahman who inspired us to create this memorandum. Hope this report not only helps in letting the commission know our views but also in educating people about Telangana issue.

y r u so much excited abt telangana? do u want to become another kcr?

Yes I do want to become another KCR if it is for the good of the people in Telangana who have suffered a heavy loss. For that matter, whether it is Telangana or Andhra, as a responsible citizen its my duty to fight for the marginalised sections.

A great movement needs to have great cause and i think which is lacking here.I must laugh as u say in your part1 pdf saying that telangana is stand alone region during mahabharatha period ,, u must be ignorant or deliberatly trying to be one .... it was called telin ghana land of telugus and its not 10 districts which is now telanghana ....
u must be ignorant again to say telanganas heritage is from kaktiyas .... i must say its from ur fav nizam rulers :)..
every telugu speaking sud take pride in kakatiya dynasty and u sud see the areas under kakatiyas once.."The Kakatiya dynasty emerged as the biggest empire which bought the entire telugu land under one unified rule"
U say AP was never toghether den u must refer history text books once...serioulsy dat will help u to come out of hypocrisy..
"A great movement sud have great minds with broader out look"
whole of AP may not be under one ruler at a time but whole of telangana was under one ruler only for da past 100 years before freedom...also during nizams rule some irreversible effects have taken place ,, which u are calling as a separte culture ann heritage...
u talk of freedom ann i say every telanganite is having it ann all fundamental rights as well again u must go thru social text books to find out wat is fundamental right ..

also show me a state which was under one rule in its history ..
state was unified with some vested combined interests .. u have a problem jusss point it out..
with the candidature u have and theeducation u recieved i did nt expect dis crap from u ..
support telangana support separate statehood but dont say crap dat the two regions were never united and are having diff cultures ..
also if wedont care abt national inetgrity ann we say jai hind den its for mere show off

Hey Mr/Ms.Anonymous,

I think i can reply to your comments, but i am hell curious to know who exactly you are, so that i can point out appropriate references..

Please stop posting under the name of anonymous. If you feel what you say is true and sensible, i don't see a point in hiding your identity...

common, we aren't a communist country..everybody appreciates freedom of expression here...get some balls and reveal your identity..

Mr snehith ,

This is exactly da same reason i have posted as anonymous.
U cant be objective if u know who i am .
Anyways if u have the balls or answers y the fck do u need to know who the fck i am

Mr snehith ,

This is exactly da same reason i have posted as anonymous.

What is that *exactly the same reason* ? I don't get anything out there? When you are arguing about something, I would always say, first reveal your identity. No one can't speak to an imaginary / unimaginable character with the same amount of friendliness.

I would have appreciated the pointe u said (as I *dont* have valid answers for those questions from me). BUt, the way you put it anonymous makes you , if I am politically right to say so, COWARD.

First off, we can't even know if the first Anonymous is same as the last one here? And, lastly I request/beg you to reveal urself (I'm not saying u divulge ur personal details.. atleast a fake name will do ). Then, we will know we are talking to a living human!!
